Spring Voyagers 2022
The spring Voyagers after-school enrichment program will kick off the week of April 4th and will run for six weeks (a few classes will begin the week of April 25th). Voyagers is a great way to supplement your child’s education with fun, interesting, and inspirational classes while raising money for the PTO. All classes begin right after school, and pick-up is at 3:40pm.
Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will begin on Sunday, March 20th at 5pm. At that time, you will find a live link on this page that will take you to our Voyagers registration page through Unipay. If you try to sign up for a class and it is full, please send an email to [email protected] to be put on a waitlist. Students may sign up for multiple classes. Registration will close on Friday, March 25th at 5pm. Families can expect an email by Wednesday, March 30th confirming their child’s placement in class.
If you require financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our school adjustment counselor, AC Decker ([email protected]).
Absentee policy
- If your child is not able to attend class on a given day please notify the office and send an email to Mikayla Pagnini at [email protected] prior to 2:00pm on the day of class.
- If an instructor is absent, parents will be notified by telephone/email as soon as possible and students will be sent home at their normal dismissal time. If we are unable to reach you, the student will be in the school office until a parent can be reached. The class will be rescheduled based on a day that is convenient for the majority of students and the instructor.
- There are no make-up days for student absences.
- Make up classes: If a class can not meet due to rain/weather, the instructor will be in touch to schedule a make up class
Safety and pick up procedures
All students meet in the PRS cafeteria after school for attendance and to be met by the class instructor. Pick-up for all classes is in the PRS front entrance by parents/guardians at 3:40pm sharp (except for Garden Club - please pick up at the PRS Garden). You may provide a note to the instructor if your child is to walk home or be dismissed to someone other than a parent. Instructors will pass the notes along to the office.
